Terms of Service

Last updated: April 10, 2026. These Terms of Service govern your use of services provided by CTS Kitchen Heroes.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the services provided by CTS Kitchen Heroes ("CTS", "we", "us", or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

These terms apply to all customers, visitors, and others who access or use our services, including our website, phone dispatch, and on-site repair and maintenance services.

2. Services

CTS provides commercial kitchen equipment repair, maintenance, installation, and related services including but not limited to: commercial refrigeration, HVAC, hood cleaning, deep kitchen cleaning, health and safety audits, and preventive maintenance programs.

All services are performed by licensed and insured technicians. Service availability may vary by location, equipment type, and scheduling.

3. Service Calls & Scheduling

We accept service requests 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Standard business hours are Monday through Sunday, 8 AM to 5 PM. Emergency service is available outside normal business hours at 804-594-9663.

Response times are estimated and may vary based on technician availability, location, and the nature of the emergency. We make every reasonable effort to respond to emergency calls as quickly as possible.

4. Pricing & Payment

Service rates are communicated to the customer before work begins whenever possible. Emergency or after-hours service may be subject to additional charges.

Estimates are provided in good faith. Actual repair costs may vary if additional issues are discovered during diagnosis. Any additional costs will be communicated to the customer before proceeding.

Payment is due upon completion of service unless otherwise arranged. We accept all major forms of payment.

5. Warranty & Guarantee

CTS stands behind the quality of our work. We guarantee our repairs and will return at no additional labor charge if the same issue recurs within a reasonable period after service.

Warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, lack of maintenance, acts of nature, or modifications made by others after our service. Parts warranties are subject to the manufacturer's warranty terms.

6. Limitation of Liability

CTS shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, revenue, or business opportunity arising out of or in connection with our services.

Our total liability for any claim arising out of or relating to these terms or our services shall not exceed the amount paid by the customer for the specific service giving rise to the claim.

CTS is not responsible for food spoilage, business interruption, or equipment damage that occurs prior to our arrival or due to factors outside our control.

7. Customer Obligations

Customers are responsible for providing safe and reasonable access to equipment requiring service. This includes clear pathways, adequate lighting, and notification of any known hazards.

Customers are responsible for the regular maintenance of their equipment between service visits. Failure to maintain equipment may void service warranties.

8. Cancellation Policy

Customers may cancel or reschedule a service call with at least 24 hours notice without penalty. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before a scheduled appointment may be subject to a trip charge.

9. Modifications

CTS reserves the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be posted on our website and will be effective immediately upon posting. Continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
